How will I do this?

I will workout at least 30 minutes a day in my gym that is located on the second floor of my apartment.

Why am I doing this?

I am rising to thrive because I think working out is a great way to build good commitment skills, and to improve your physical physique. I think mental health ties directly with the way you feel about your body. Most people who are fit seem to be more happy and content with themselves, and so I think working out is a great way to build a good mental state. I want to help encourage other people to build good habits and to get fit because it will only benefit themselves. There is no downside to being happy.
