When challenged with mental health problems, it may become difficult for some to carry on with supposed normal daily tasks, such as hygiene or cleaning up, doing laundry, showering, brushing your teeth. Things that should be simple feel entirely overwhelming. This is why we can try to get them done slowly, starting with small tasks. While we are encouraging yourself to become better people, we are also helping raise money to better others in our community. This way, we are all able to rise and strove together as a community.
