I challenge myself to Spend time outside.

How will I do this?

I will go for a walk a day, wether short or long, to get fresh air and let my mind breathe. I can take my dog with me, my boyfriend, or just go by myself.

Why am I doing this?

I am rising to thrive to improve my mental health and relationship with my mind and body. Focusing on one simple task a day will give me something to look forward to at the beginning of my day.
