I Will Wake up at Least 15 Minutes earlier then I usually do, to Plan a More efficient day. I will Keep a Notebook/planer next to my phone and will use it before using my phone every morning. I will take time on Sunday's to plan out my week
I feel that I have lost my sense of purpose a little bit, I feel somewhat lazy and lack motivation, so I think this challenge will help spring me back into a better state overall, (mental, physical...)
