How will I do this?

I will work out every day for 30 minutes after I am done with all of my homework.

Why am I doing this?

I believe that by partaking in a self-care journey in support of Canadian mental health, we are investing in ourselves by becoming better advocates for the very notion that we wish to raise awareness about and promoting our preaches through our practices.
