I challenge myself to Have a consistent sleep schedule.

How will I do this?

I will meditate and keep my mind relaxed before going to bed so that i can go to sleep earlier. I will also manage my time wisely so that I would not need to stay up late doing school work.

Why am I doing this?

I am taking up this personal challenge because getting adequate sleep is prominent in our daily lives. If we do not get the right amount of sleep, it can result in an unproductive day and poor mental health. There has been numerous research done to indicate that insufficient sleep can affect ones' physical, psychological and mental state. Not only do I want to develop this habit for myself, but I also want to encourage others to thrive and know that it is crucial to maintain healthy sleeping habits and ensure that you get adequate sleep every night. Together we can help maintain healthy sleep habits.
