I will stop working on school/work related things by midnight every night.
I want to develop this habit because it would allow me to sleep a decent amount of hours per night. When I am up working way past midnight, I am only productive for a couple of hours at most and then am just wasting my time. By forcing myself to stop by midnight, I ensure that I take a break before starting again the next day!
On Monday, the first day of my challenge, I made sure to be efficient and get as much school work as possible done during my breaks throughout the day between class and my shift. By the end of the evening, after my shift, making dinner, and working for a bit, I was able to read in bed and do something other than work! I was then able to go to sleep by midnight which means I got a decent amount of sleep before waking up early again today.
