I will set a timer on my phone for 15 minutes every time I let myself take a break. Once the timer goes off, I will put my phone on silent and place it away from my desk so that I can minimize distractions and continue my work.
I have always found it difficult to re-focus after going on a break from my work. By setting up this challenge for myself, it helps me stay more motivated to go back to my work after my 15 minute break. I know I can do this! If I can encourage myself to thrive, maybe I can help encourage others to thrive as well!
