I will do twenty minutes of yoga after waking up in the morning and before eating breakfast.
As a university student, I rarely have time to focus on myself or relax. I'm excited to form a habit of doing yoga in the morning so I can feel calm and ready to take on the day ahead! I think everyone should form a habit that can relax them, especially in this day and age where everything seems so hectic.
