I will wake up at 8:00am, and after my morning shower I will take 10 minutes to mediate and self-reflect. I will do this by setting using the timer app on my phone. Following, I will begin to plan my tasks for the day in order to get organized.
I am rising to thrive to raise awareness for mental health in my community, while being a model of change for those around me. Mental health in crucial, in our daily functioning as both individuals and as part of a community. I believe that a strong foundation, and community can guide us through life's everyday challenges.
Today, I finally fulfilled my Morning Modification! I woke up early, showered, meditated, and proceeded to a productive day so far. Rise to Thrive!
