I am rising to be peaceful because one of the biggest lesson that the past year has taught me is to find peace within and for myself. During times like these, it is incredibly important to increase awareness for mental health and continue supporting Canadian mental health initiatives. Take time to check up on your family and friends. By supporting one another, we will be able to rise to thrive!
