I challenge myself to Plan my day.

Duration: 4 weeks

How will I do this?

I will wake up at 7:30AM every day and will make a detailed list of the activities I need to get done by the end of the day and the time of the day I will use for each one of them.

Why am I doing this?

Since I moved to Canada I find it very hard to stay focused in one specific task at a time and then I don't get anything done, probably because I feel that I have a lot to do and that overwhelms me. By planning my day I will make sure I do everything I have to do and also have time to enjoy myself without always worrying about missing something that I had to do. This is important because I know I'm not the only one who feels this way and when moving to a new place I should have time to explore and have fun without overlooking my responsibilities or feeling anxious for having fun instead of working.

I need to add updating this to my calendar! But I’m doing good, been getting up early. Some days are harder than orders. I’m having a hard time with motivation but I will do my best!

I woke up early and took a shower to avoid going back to bed. Then I started working on something that's new to me so I'm taking it slow. Now it's time for class and I'm feeling motivated!
