I challenge myself to Eat Healthier.

How will I do this?

To lower my blood pressure I will try to reduce my weight by eating healthier and exercising a minimum of 30 minutes 5 days a week.

Why am I doing this?

I want to rise to thrive so I can reduce my stress and have a healthy lifestyle, to enjoy the fruits of our labour to the fullest for years to come. It's so important to support mental health because it affects many people in all walks of life in many different ways.
