I challenge myself to Run.

Duration: 4 weeks

How will I do this?

After getting out of bed, I will play my favourite music and go for a run for at least 10 minutes.

Why am I doing this?

I have been working from home for the past year and since then I have gained 20 pounds and I know that I am not alone. While some people tell me that I look good, I am thick and cute and it is not noticeable. I know that my weight is not healthy. I have been stress eating, eating unhealthy food and not eating on time. I am starting this challenge because I want to improve my health, feel confident with my body and encourage others to improve themselves. My goal is to lose at least 10 pounds!

I am so happy! I have lost 5 pounds. When I started my R2T challenge, I knew that I was not going to lose weight just by walking so I decided to eat healthier as well. More veggies, less desserts and drink more water. I am definitely getting more active and I am thinking to incorporate some zumba or cardio in my daily routine.

Yesterday was the first day of my challenge and I was so pumped! I woke up at 8:00 am and went for my morning run. I walk and sprinted for 20 min. Today, I was sore from yesterday's walk (I suppose) and also from moving heavy furniture. I woke up at 7:30am and went for a 10 min walk.
