How will I do this?

I will try and do a short 5minute deep stretch routine every morning after I let the dog out, and while the water is boiling for coffee. I can do more than 5 minutes, but that is the minimum

Why am I doing this?

I am rising to thrive to be an example to my peers, but also to be accountable to be healthier and to feel better about myself
