How will I do this?

I will work out each day for 30 min between the easy hours during my work and school. I will give myself rest for 2 days per week.

Why am I doing this?

I am doing this to develop a routine for myself where a certain period of my day is focused on my body and my health. I am grateful to be able to support mental health through this personal challenge as I am sure, just like me, how this past year has contributed to increased struggles for many, whether that may be restricted access to outdoors and enough activity to keep them motivated. I encourage others to thrive because none of this has to be done alone. We are better together.
