I am rising to thrive because mental health is key in a healthy lifestyle. I want to help provide that to as many people as I can while being a role model for others and myself.

🥳 - Feeling accomplishedToday was very restful but very boring, nothing much to do. My daily mediation kept me going so I took this as a self care day.
🙃 - Feeling upside downToday, I meditate before class. I have a stressful day today but I felt more calm before hand. A great way to start my day.
