How will I do this?

I will play guitar for at least 30 minutes before hoping on games with the boys.

Why am I doing this?

I am rising to thrive as I have friends and family who have experienced mental health issues and have pulled themselves out of it by challenging themselves and becoming better. I think forming new habits or getting in touch with new ones is such an important step in personal growth and getting through tough situations.
