I challenge myself to Jog.

How will I do this?

I will jog to the supermarket every time I need to go buy something.

Why am I doing this?

I am rising to thrive because I want to be more active and supporting Canadian mental health gives me the incentive to stay on track and push harder towards my goal. I want to help encourage others to thrive because if we all support each other, we are more likely to feel motivated and reach our goals faster.
