I challenge myself to Eat Healthier.

How will I do this?

I will eat healthy snacks after I eat lunch and dinner.

Why am I doing this?

I am rising to thrive because I want to better the way I eat. I tend to snack on unhealthy things like chips and chocolates, and drink soft drinks. I am excited because I know that eating healthy will improve my mental health. I want to encourage others to thrive, because small little changes to your lifestyle really do make a difference in your happiness.
