I will wake up every morning at 6:00AM. To encourage myself to get out of bed when I wake up, I'll sleep with my phone (and my alarm) away from my bed.
With lockdowns making most things asynchronous and ruining my sleep schedule, I, like many others, am in need of a routine. Consistently starting my day at the same time will be great to keep me energized and focused.
I've been meeting my goals for the past week pretty consistently, but as waking up early becomes my new normal I feel myself getting less excited and less motivated to carry on. I'll start actively trying to persevere despite some lost motivation!
