I will check-in with my feelings midday to make sure I'm practicing my self-care to reduce my stress. To feel more at peace, I will take time to breathe, either by doing meditation, yoga, exercise, or walk in the fresh air. I will plan to do a minimum 30-minute activity per day, 5 days a week.
I'm passionate about "Rise to Thrive" and my personal challenge because I believe that it takes little steps in building healthy habits, and this goes a long way in shaping the person we wish to be. I think we're all under a lot of stress during the pandemic, so we need to take extra care of ourselves, our loved ones, and our community.
